The University of Arizona’s College of Applied Science &Technology (CAST) is a National Security Agency (NSA) designatedCenter of Academic Excellence in Cyber Operations (CAE-CO) and anOffice of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) designatedIntelligence Community Center of Academic Excellence (IC-CAE). CASTis seeking an Assistant Professor who will teach undergraduatecourses within our Cyber Operations and Intelligence &Information Operations programs. The candidate will teach coursesin the areas of Security-related Python Scripting, MachineLearning/AI, and Software-based Security Analysis.The candidate should have one or more of the followingknowledge, skills, and abilities:Security-related Python scripting/programming and analysisDemonstrable experience with Python-based machinelearning/artificial intelligence experience.Demonstrated experience using one of the following IDEs: WingIDE, Sublime IDE, or Visual Studio IDE CAST is seeking candidates who can demonstrate outstanding teachingand course development consistent with the college’s purpose,vision, and values.
